
Fatima, the daughter of the Prophet, since her early childhood, lived with the great Islamic revolution which her father, the master of the creation, had led and it made a destructive quake in the society of Mecca. This great revolution aimed at destroying the people’s beliefs that were based on idolatry and polytheism. They worshipped idols away from their Creator. They offered sacrifices for these lifeless idols and beseeched them to satisfy their needs. The tribes of Quraysh hanged their idols on the walls of the Kaaba as a sign of pride.

The Ahlul-Bayt Students’ Association (ABSA) in collaboration with The Thaqalayn Muslim Association (TMA) invite you to a Dua Altawasul and Discussion.
The program will start with the recitation of Dua Altawasul, at 6:45 pm. Following the recitation, there will be a short discussion session on different topics related to current issues faced by students living in the West.
The discussions would be led by our esteemed brother Hussein Moussa. He will try to dissect each topic with reference to Islamic teachings and current events.
Refreshments will be served.

Syyid Hassan Mojtaba will be joining us from Toronto as the keynote speaker to enlighten us with his words. The program will also include poetry, nasheed recitations, and prizes.
Dinner will be served. Tickets are 20$ per person (ages 9 and above).
